Beach Front House?

When you buy a Beach Front House from the Bearville Outfitters Stores with credits, can you live in it? Is it like having a cub condo? Or is it like buying an extra room that's like an attic, bathroom, etc.? I am thinking of buying between that and a ride. Thank you.

for a beach front house its like a house u can live in lol i think its like a extra house its like a cub condo but on the beach so yea and its nothing like the cub condo even though u can get a bathroom and other stuff but for me if i were u i would go with the ride
