The bandanna is from the Furever bear.
And i think only mini bearemy and mini choco cat.

Yup it is from the furever bear PSI

i wanna get the bandana but i can't get a regular sized bear what can i do cuz i want the furever bear psi and maybe the penguin tux too

No mini animals have open certificates. Mini Bearemy is the ONLY mini with a PSI at all and it is a set PSI, no open certs.

All other minis do not come with a birth certificate at all.
