It is entered as a web code. Did you just get the VIB card today? Sometimes it takes a while for the computers at BABW to "talk" to BABV. With the towel promotion starting today, the computers will be busier than usual. Give it 24 hours - then if it is still not working, email vwhelp@buildabear.com.
