BGF Walk for Sleep Awareness
In March, the cause of Sleep Awareness is celebrated because of the daylight time change. Because we lose an hour of sleep, it is important to make that hour up. It is important for all of us to get enough sleep every night and have good sleeping problems. The number of hours for each person to sleep is different and unique to each person. Typically, kids age 4-5 get 11-12 hours, school age children need ten hours of sleep, and adults need around 7-8 hours per night. Sometimes it is very beneficial to take naps during the day. You must be careful not to take too long of a nap because it can disrupt your nightly sleeping patterns. A good 20-30 minute nap is the best.

i had to log off and then back on because my sister shut my computer sending it to sleep, then the connection to the internet had to be reistablished
