i know february 29th is only every 4 years, my friend briley, was actually born on that day in 1992. so i did want to wish her happy birthday since i didn't see a post because well february 29th isn't this year lol i think briley is turning 17 in normal years? but i think 4 if you only count the leap year actual day lol
