yea u have to pay but u dont have 2 lol i kind of got bored of cp though...

its free to sigh up, but if you want clothes, accessories, or other fin stuff, you have to pay like the V.I.B for BABV

yah...i know...if you want to bye things you have to pay some money. but if you dont want to you dont pay...like i dont pay at all...

member ship isn't free (its like VIB) = w = but playing is ^^

I got a membership on Club Penguin but all you get to do is shop and lose all of your coins.I'm just like everyone else
But if you just want to play games and make friends,join.If you want to buy is a different tale. you have to get the membership.If you are not going to get on alto I'd say do the 1 month.Its only 6 bucks but I got 6 month
But,its your choice!

i am a member, it cost money to be one though, if your a member you can buy stuff, but to be fair to non members, at there parties they give away free items
