What do you do when it's a blackout?

What would you do when all the suddenly lights went off in a thunder storm? :affraid: :affraid: :affraid:

when thunder or lighting comes my computer still works and i remember when i was little i was afraid of lighting and then my sisters would cover me with pillows so i wouldn't be scared. my dad siad our house can't get struk by lighting

Nothing I don't care I just go to sleep I am use to it because we have bad storms where I live.

In my house we normally light some candles then i sing and play guitar to my family

Nothing.
Just a blackout.
Happens a Few times.
Just get some candles and light it up.

We have emergency lights for when that happens They turn on, we light up a fire in the fireplace, i lay on the couch, call my friends on my cell phone (sometimes) and, play my Nintendo DS when my dog is laying on me. lol!!
Then, we wait till the power comes back on. Yep, i have it all planned out!
(Going into rooms requires a flashlight)

we get flashlights and candles and just all go in the living room and talk

That's actually happened to me at school. There was a thunderstorm and there was a blackout, so the teachers got flashlights for us. The good thing, we got to leave school early=)

yeah i don't know. my dog would probably freak out, i would probably stay on the computer(laptops rule!) or play my ds and hold our dog.

Steal my sisters Nintendo DS because i can't find mine and put my headphones on, attached to my ipod of course. I wouldn't be able to read because we never can find our flashlights...
There was a blackout at my elementary school, you couldn't even see anything in the bathroom because it had no windows.

I have a giant flashlight in my room,so I get that and we go outside if its light out. We sit in the car,with our DS's and iPod. Once,there was a blackout,and we went to the neighboors house to ask if we could use the phone,but the whole neighborhood was blacked out!

I'd try to stay calm, and I'd also grab a flashlight or something cause we have them lying around the house like everywhere. My mom always thinks a black out will happen.

first i would scream and then grab my bear. and then sing a song. and then throw up.

i've only been in one blackout in my entire life but it wasn't caused by a thunderstorm anyway i would light some candles and grab some flashlights and play my DS and listen to my ipod
