All About the Club House

DO NOT give your personal information to your club members.

BGF Clubs are only meant for the online game, Build-A-Bearville and will only run here at Bearville Guide Forums.

The Club House is NOT a place for trading and auctioning items.

Club House memberships, club parties and club events are for free. If you find a member who asks for bearbills or items in exchange for club memberships, please PM an officer right away!

To be fair for everyone who do not have credits, Club Uniforms should all come from Pawlette Coufur Boutique and/or Store Fur All Seasons, where only BEARBILLS are used for spending.
Bearville Outiftter items are not allowed.

If the club does not follow BGF rules, the officers have the right to lock it down without prior notice.


There are two kinds of Club Memberships here on BGF:
1. Private Club Memberships
2. Open Club Memberships


Private Club Memberships are the first BGF clubs. Club leaders have been carefully picked by Officers from hundreds who applied and petitioned to open their own club. These clubs have their own exclusive privileges:
a. Club Leaders enjoy a private title and name color
b. Big Club Space, with detailed and more organized areas
c. Exclusive games and contests
d. Archives section



Open Club Memberships are clubs created by members without having to go through the screening process. This is the easiest way to create a club. Anyone who opens a club will not get a Club Leader title or name color.
