A. ChloeRocks is a friend of Maxine who welcomes the citizens to BABV. She keeps up with all the new and exciting things happing, and loves to visit her friends. She drops by on surprize and brings a special gift each month. Chloe even has her own show at the BNN where she interviews special guests!
