Nervous/scared

i can hear my heart beat really loud when i am scared or nervous

I get all hot LOL. I remember in the Fourth grade, we did a BIG project, and when I went up to present mine, I have to put my hair p and take of my jacket;in the winter!

my heart starts beating fast and my face gets red and my tummy starts feeling weird

i can hear my heart beat and my tummy feels funny

I get butterfliles in my stomach and if im presenting infront of people its like i go on auto pilot i dont even know what im doing its really strange like. I also studder a lot. Its kinda funny to watch me get nervous. Because I sometimes get really chatty and talk super fast and no one can understand me.

i get fidgety i cant sit still also i shake like mad

butterfly in tummy, i get hot alittle not super much and my heart beat like super fast

I start shaking my knees up and down and I bite my nails

My hands and feet get all clammy

when i am nervouse i sweat, i can feel my heart beating really fast, and my arms and legs get fidgety

Me too! I get all red!!!

I picked the heart one but when im scARED Or something it feels like i am going to scream so out loud and have a heart attack hehe

i just stay quite... and don't talk to nobody lol

aww i wish i could do that, it is better then being all red and listening to your heat beat so fast

When I am nervous I usually peel my fingernails with out realizing it Then my nails are shred lol

i do all but go to sleep becuase i try to go to sleep but i can't!

I start tapping things; My pencil, my pingers (on to the desk)!!

i get neorves when i am goaly because when the other team tries to shoot i thinking what there going to get the goal,but they don't so i have the slide on my knees and then they don't get a goal when i catch the ball.

i move around a lot
