Should I be homeschooled?

I am so sorry you have to go through that!!!!! It's horrible when you have to stay somewhere you don't feel safe. If your parents want you to stay in public school, is there a teacher that you like and trust you can bring this up to?

You should, Dallas! If you are being hurt then, you should do what you feel is best for you!

I'm so sorry you have to go through this!
This makes school so much harder if you have to go through this.
I went through this for 2 years, so I know how bad it is for you.
If you don't want to be abused by these people, I reccomend home school.
Also, if you want to make friends during home school, join clubs or sports.
You will make great friends there.
But if you want to go back to public school, you have to learn how to ignore
this terrible stuff.
You just have to ignore what they say and live your life.

See,I know it hurts you.How will you move on though?People will make you upset and you should learn to except it.I think you should trasfer though.If your homeschooled you will be bottled up inside.When you go to school you will meet new people.Also,if you are homeschooled you won't be concentrating on schoolwork that much.Well I wouldn't.The T.V. the Computer and many more distractions.You get what I mean?

Being Homeschooled might cut you off though.You see if you are aways from school you won't learn to socilize and won't meet new people witht he same interests as you.But if you are getting teaseed at school and ask to move,of transfer your schools.And if that still doesn't ork then keep Homeschooling as a last option.I know Homeschooling is so much easier,you could go to school in your pajamas,I would love that too! But not everything in life is easy..

yes i agree w/ alana... if you are homeschooled then you wont be able to see your friends as often. You probably wont get out of the house to much also since you stay at home from school... maybe you should look into moving into another school district! that way you cango to a new school, yet it doesnt nessasarily be far from your house! but i wouldnt want to be homeschooled because I wouldnt be able to socialize with other people

I say no becuase youll miss your friends and never meet new people and stay at the house i agree with manda

I think that if you have friends who are homeschooled, you should try to set up a group so you can all learn together with no mean people.

I have the same problem but i know i won't be homeschooled everyone is mean to me and i come home crying i have only a few friends and it not becuase im (dorkish or how some people call me)it's the school i got to if i didn't move eveything would have been fine.I really hope you get to be homeschooled i wish i could i dred school too.

gabi you should talk to your parents about that kinda thing they can probably work to getting you moved to a different school district...

I believe everyone's share of opinions is enough, and once again, dallas, please do not decide based on what you read here. Still the ebst way to deal with this situation is to talk to your parents and tell them how you feel.

I always encourage expressing of oneself here, and I am very glad to see our members' active participation.
