i think its like a party is it?

a sock hop is like a party back in the 1950's and they dance and stuff

surprisingly, some people actually remember the 'lingo' of the 50's.


here's some:


a "parlor" is like a place to get sodas and drinks, like a candy shop or soda bar.

"gee whiz" was a popular phrase meaning "oh my gosh!"

finally we actually get to do something not just help people all day long but to help with that party

i voted for retro because it goes with the sock hop idea! lol and of course im thinking about the possible gifts we could get
