CheerBear43 and sammymc spotted 2 additional rooms available for purchase in the Lumber Yard - a bathroom and a basement!

Here's CheerBear43's report:

LumBear Yard - The Next Spot Fur Your Cub Condo

Now, you can go to the LumBear Yard in the Market Place and get two pawesome new rooms; a basement and a bathroom!
The basement is available for 3, 000BB. The bathroom is available for 2, 000BB.
