Is Santa Claus' reindeer male or female?

I was justing wondering this while watching Rudolph the Red-Nose Reindeer with my family. Are the flying reindeer female or male?

I read in a book a few years ago that all of the reindeer are female because they don't loose their antlers until Spring, while male reindeer loose their antlers in the fall. The male antlers can't grow back fast enough to be as big as they show on TV, so they say they're female.

What do you think? Is the reindeer owned my Santa Claus female or male?

my uncle said they are male beause remember ruldolph liked clarice and ruldolph is mostly a boys name and the rest would be boy names maybe. ( idk thats just what i think ).

they are all male girls don't have antlers...

male. female don't have antlers. that is a easy way to figure out. if it has lights on it's anlters it is hal. if it has a bow in it's fur on the top of it's head. it is holly! lol! although, hal and holly are moose.

Half of them are girls even if they have antlers. You know cartooons these days, they never stick to the facts

Well the Reindeer have familes and all,but the ones who fly the sleigh are male.I know this because in a Ruldoph The Red-Nosed Reindeer movie the woman stayed at home.

Girls:Dancer and Donner
