oh sorry. you aree american its a english tv programe. its about this girl named tracy and she is in a care home and she likes this lady named cam. she lives with lal bouncer justine lousie ect. and is trying to get fosterd but hollywood stars!! she always lies about her mum is a big movie star in hollywood and says shes coming to collect her. but she never came!!!

Yup, I watch it and got the books too. She usually gets angry and always has cartoon daydreams for example she can throw everyone from the care home and her mother will arrive.
