Please and Thank you.


This week i would like our members to practice remembering to say Please and Thank you.

Most of us believe we always say this but we may not say it often enough.

Letting people know you appriciate their help .. even with the littlest things can really brighten someones day.

What are some ways we can help ourselves remember to say Please and Thank you?

Start saying them as a game. I had to say please and thank you the whole day for my school and it was hilarious. Because whenever something came up I was really excited to say please or thank you. If you're looking for a time to say it, it comes really quickly!

hmmmm........ maybe we can play the please game. all you do is go about your regular lives but for a certain period of time, you have to say please for everything. if you dont, you are out but the winner gets something. it would work.

Whenever I Need Something On The Other Side Of The Table I Say Please Pass The ... And When Ever I Recive The Item I Was Looking For I Say Thank You And A Way To Remember To Say Those 2 Very Important Words Is Easy! Whenever You Need Something Say Please And Whenever They Give It To You Say Thank You!

if you want something from someone, say please, and if you get something from them, say thank you. That is a good way to remember to do something or if you are asking someone to do something say please, and they did it, you should also say thank you.

I use these words everyday! I ask my friends, family, or a person for something.
I said please? And then If i get it I say thank you. I always say it when i need help and it shows that im polite and i have matters. People respect that. =]

whenever we go out to eat i always remember to say thank you and please to my parents and the server that is serving us!!!

I always try to say please and thank you; I think they are just a way of life and I am and have been since she could barely talk, taught my daughter to say please and thank you. So, hopefully it sticks when she gets older; it is kind of a habbit that you just get into. I usually sign most of my Pm's or posts with thanks to and I know that might seem annoying, but it is just something that I have always done. Thanks!! LOL

Well, some people can have friends over in real life and, throughout the day, give each other points for saying "Please" and "thank you." Whoever has the most gets a prize! Lol!


Everytime in class, when a teacher gives me a paper (say, like a new sheet of music) I say "Thank you!"

Today someone gave me cookies and soda, I said "Thank You!!" when she gave me 'em and "Yes Please!!" when she asked if I wanted 'em!! So I ended up saying "Please" and "Thank You!" all day long!!

Is some one does a kind act of goodness please say please and thank you also i know that it is almost that beary special time of year again so when ever you receive a gift make sure that you say thankyou for the gift .

Think of that you can only get something when you say please and thank you!

I write Please on my left hand (with difficulty, I'm left handed XD) and then I write Thank You on my other and and every time someone does something nice for me I look at my hands and remember

you just get in the habit of it after a while. I suggest have whoever your saying it too have them tell you to say please and thank you if you forget!

You say please when you ask to use a pencil or pass something. You say thank you when they led you a pencil and give you something. When you get in the habiat its really easy to keep on saying it.
