It is only open when she is online! Just like any other part of the cub condo! You will not recieve an invitation but you can still enter. The invitation is a separate thing that gives you the clothes and move and I do not want to hear anyone asking for one! Thanks

I was able to go to the party with the disco party room and it was so cool! I can't wait to see and check out the other party rooms Build-A-Bearville has to offer
