where do you get the balloons

the fountain in town square you have to play that game....I think, but I don't have any balloons to tell you exactly

i like the fountain. i really love it when it gives you cool new items. I also can't wait until the hover boards and stuff come out. That and the new attic room seems very neat!

I'm starting to think it's impossible to get a balloon........I always get green monster feet or other stuff, it's hardly ever give me any balloon anymore( even though I have one already)
