Issue in BearXchange
Dear members,
Often in life situations arise that we can not control.
In BABV there are glitches, this happens with all games.
We are very sorry that members can be hurt with these glitches,
we know that when someone feels they are right, nothing we tell them will
change that.
At this time we would like to ask our members to remain kind and friendly to one another.
We know there was a problem with trades and we know there is a glitch going on.
We do not feel that any of our members are guilty of taking advantage of this.
Everyone was a victim in this trade. Rather you lost items or the respect of your fellow players.
The way you act in BABV is also a reflection of this forum.
Please do not follow or harass the members involved in this situation.
Jazzbear50, Chocolate A.k.a Violetcheer in BABV did nothing wrong and we ask
that you please treat them as you would want to be treated.
We hope that BABV can sort this all out and Julienoodles gets all of her items back.
We thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Let me clear a few things up:
1. The trade was executed well. They complied to the rules of the BearXchange. There was NO scamming/stealing that took place.
2. Julienoodles was a victim of the trade glitch, something that is beyond our control here in BGF.
3. Jazzbear50 and Chocolate A.k.a Violetcheer did not do anything wrong to JulieNoodles or to anyone else.

We are not siding with anyone but this issue is something that we cannot resolve. I have sent an email to Build-A-Bearville to look into JulieNoodles trade history. Let's patiently wait for their reply.
The purpose of giving this announcement is to warn everyone of the trade glitch and to not blame other players should you lose items because of the glitch. We understand how it feels to lose precious items; it also happened to me before. The best and the only way to resolve it is to report the issue.
You have the option to report it to any of the officers here and we will personally send an email to BABV on your behalf or you may report directly to BABV. Either way, the BGF Staff will always accommodate you and help you the best way we can.
I hope this ends here.
