Clara, when quoting more than one person, use the multiquote tool. It's the button next to the quote tool. It looks like this;

Click that button on whichever posts you want to quote, and then press the relpy button on the bottom. It looks like this;


For example, you quoted Kristy and I before, but in separate posts. You can click the multiquote button on my post and Kristy's post, and then click the reply button on the bottom. It prevents double posting.
