Well, if you're going to a sleepover so if you do fall asleep and snore, you're with close friends so they should accept it.

My dad's friend was over for the night a while ago, and he snored SOO loud, I couldn't sleep all night

I heard that it just means the quality of sleep is lower. But maybe it depends; I'm not sure.

I'm a light sleeper so its really bad for me, I have to wear ear plugs each night. {our rooms are very close. :L}

Really? I never heard that before. I've had dreamless nights. I don't think I've snored then O.o
