Do you carry waterbottles when you run?

I hate it!
I don't like carrying anything when I run.

Same here !
It makes me feel tired .
I usually just keep it in my backpack .

I don't even carry a backpack. xD But I guess the extra weight would help build muscle.

Nope. I find if you do that you have a reaaally aching arm afterwards.

I keep my backpack on a bench or with a friend when i go running .

Legit running, you can't really do that with a backpack.
Like, a hike or something, backpacks are reasonable, but they're a pain when you run.

Sometimes, I'll go on like 3 hour runs (I'm on the cross-country team) so I don't want to carry the same thing for three hours.

And, form is important. I need to keep a light grasp.

Yeah, I'm on a cross country team too Even if I wanted to carry a water bottle or a backpack, my coach wouldn't let me :lol:

Why would you carry it.
I don't stop in between runs, so what's the point? Just drink it after you run.
It gives you something to look forward to, so you run faster
As in the satisfaction of drinking water, pushes you to run to the water, hence you run faster..

I can't run with a backpack hitting my back constantly .

That is pretty good logic. :] If you're training for speed, tho.
I think hydration for a long workout is important.

I meant running like cross country teams.
And all that shizz.
So you run faster in like a race. Or if you're missing you're train.

For working out, having water at ur side is necessary .
But for running, i agree with daisy .

I try to make workouts like competitions - running with a buddy gets you pumped!

I like to take it slow when I work out.
Though a friend does give good encouragement .

Taking it slow makes me feel like I didn't work hard enough.

If I feel completely exhausted and like, stretched, I feel that I worked out well .
