Plants stuck in their seed form?

As not all of you may know about this glitch, but...

Yesterday, when I went to go take care of my plants, I noticed that they're all back to their seed form. And it still happened today. Plus, I tried to click on them, but my charather won't go to the seed to take care of it.

I just really want to take care of my plants. I just don't want them to be stuck in seed form forever. Some of my plants were fully grown.
