I didn't get my Snowman prize? Empty I didn't get my Snowman prize?

Okay, so I got the last piece of the snowman collection and I redeemed them so I can get the completed Snowman. But however, no pop-up appeared when I redeemed my snowman collection and my Snowman prize didn't show up in my inventory.

I'm sure this have to be a bug. I just want my Snowman prize. I didn't get my Snowman prize? 597500
