Orca Problem

so i got the orca before it was a bear and now i dont have the psi i think that is unfair i already entered the bear HELP!!!!

Did you choose a furry friend when you entered it's certificate?

yes butthat was a year ago now i see it is a bear ....

If you still have a PSI you chose instead of the Orca at that time, you can e-mail to wvhelp@buildabear.com and ask the reason why you want to change your furry friend. In this case, the Orca was not available when you brought your orca's life online in babv. You need to tell them the Orca's animal ID, keycode written in its birth certificate and what animal should be taken from your account. Of course, you will lose your furry friend, furry friend's room, and its PSI in order you chose before instead of Orca to get the orca back.

I believe if you traded the PSI, you cannot Orca back. It is because it will be unfair you get 2 PSIs for one furry friend.

They MIGHT have alternative choices for you, so try to e-mail the situation you have to vwhelp.

So i understand you got an open certificate when you first got your orca?

Don't worry, you could still get the orca however, we will need to change everything you've got from the other bear with what you were supposed to get from the orca.

Reading this thread, you mentioned you've traded the Animal Reward though?

If that's the case then we could not process your request. We will have to see the Animal Rewards in your inventory before we could proceed.

So my only advice is for you to try your very best to get the Animal Rewards back to your inventory, if you really want to change your bear to the orca.
