Colorable BABW Shirt?

I have been seeing people wearing a shirt that is yellow with a big paw in the middle. The paw is sometimes blue or purple. Where does this shirt come from? :wonders:

No these don't look like that and I would if i could find one. All of the shirts are yellow that I have seen with a different color paw and the paw is big.

That shirt is from a code found in the new BABW craft kits found at select stores like Target and KMart.
