The light bulb hat got a new look I remember seeing someone with that and they said they got it from basically what I described

Actually this light bulb hat is swirly. The one you get from Maxine looks different.. like this

Whoops ok I saw that you edited your post, maybe they wanted it to look different from the employee one

That is the new light bulb hat. You can only get it by trading items for those who already have it. This is more like the old light bulb hat.
