McDonald Help!!

I put in my McDonald Code and when I accepted, a message popped up that said "You can't have more than 1 of this item"

At first I thought it was because each bear is assigned to an item so for example, the monkey gives you the hat, the dog gives you the shirt, and etc. but then I remembered my first one was the frog & I got the emoticon and the new one I got is the monkey so it should give me a different item.

Is there a glitch or something?

well it doesnt matter wat anmimal u get and also it should unlock the next item after the emotion or watever ur up to
