i made a new buildabearville how do i send my bears to my new account ?

well u can email BABV the room with ur bear has to be cleared nothing can be in there and then u have to have the psi to the bear and then u email them and ten they move it to ur other account

what if you dont have the psi ?

then i don't think you can move it you can ask the Cybearguides about it

To move your furry friend to a new account, you will have to send a few important info below to vwhelp@buildabear.com. This is because they have to remove your furry friend first from your first account, and it could be entered to your other account.

Info that you need to include in your email:

Account Name:
Animal Name:
Animal Type:
Date of purchase:


TAKE NOTE:

Clear the your furry friend's room before you send the email. You have to take all the items out first.

If you used a Webcode for your furry friend, you won't be able to use again to your other account.

When the furry friend is removed, we also have to remove the Animal Reward. You can get back again when you enter the bear to the new account.

If the Animal Reward is not there, we cannot remove the furry friend, hence, it cannot be entered to the other account.



Make sure to provide all the info needed to avoid delay.
