How do you use the multi-quotes?

I have tried and alas cannot figure it out.

I used to be confused about the same thing! Here is how you do it.
You click that little +Quote in the corner of the posts you want to quote (all of them), then you scroll down to the bottom of the page, under the reply section and there is a new topic button and a post reply button. Click post reply and the quotes will be there.

Okay, you click on the + quotes that you want to quote, and then go all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on post reply.
It will send you to a page of quotes.
You can reply there.
