Captain America bear not in Bearville? Empty Captain America bear not in Bearville?

I got the Captain America bear today (about two hours ago, actually). The second I got home, I went to my laptop to register him online. Unfortunately:

None of the options are the Captain America bear. Is he not online yet, or will he just not be online at all?
